Good Light Wine
I have always been a huge fan of white wine because of how versatile it is. In the summer, I love having Domaine du Salvard Cheverny Blanc with my salads. It is from Loire Valley, France and it gives off a fresh and fruity taste. At times when I want to bust out an Italian wine for the family, I pick Tiefenbrunner Pinot Grigio from South Tyrol/ Alto Adige, Italy. Its citrusy taste never fails to take us back to our summer vacation in Italy. If you love lighter white wine like I do, be sure to check these two out!
During the winter break, I have enrolled in a WSET Course Hong Kong in Corvino Wine School Hong Kong. The Corvino Wine School Hong Kong is an exclusive, first-class wine education hub that offers a comprehensive and dynamic alumni network, as well as a casual student network, perfect for everyone interested in wine. Students can choose from an extensive range of study programs and enroll in them at their convenience. In the WSET Course Hong Kong, students learn about the wine industry, gain a world-class education, and become a master sommelier. You’ll find that learning from Corvino is fun and exciting, and their courses are practical, informative, and most importantly – easy to follow.
